ABOUT THE ROLE As the Product Manger for Workspaces you will define how large Customers adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion. You will own a large and critical slice of Notion’s “system of record” future: defining how teams setup and evolve their Notion Workspace as AI agents become everyday collaborators — across people, content, and workflows. You will be responsible for building the primitives, deployment, and maintenance features to enable organizations to seamlessly organize their people, context and agents best for their workflows. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with design, engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to build enterprise-ready features that meet the unique needs of larger organizations. You'll engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and ensure Notion remains a flexible, trusted solution at scale. As an internal advocate for customers scaling their workspace content, you’ll ensure their needs shape key product decisions across the company.
