ABOUT THE ROLE Notion’s sales motion is evolving from product‑led to sales‑led. Many customers start self‑serve, then partner with our team as they scale. As a Solutions Engineer focused on our Enterprise segment, you’ll work with our largest prospects and customers to drive complex evaluations, design scalable architectures, and guide executive stakeholders through the journey from pilot to global rollout. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to run deep discovery, deliver tailored demos and POCs, and advise on security, governance, and integrations that meet enterprise standards. You’ll also help shape our internal tooling, content, and processes while staying close to customers.
