The Opportunity: We are looking for a Program Manager to act as an implementation lead for large-scale HRIS and people technology transformation initiatives. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex HRIS projects end-to-end, overseeing project governance, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and driving change management and adoption for new system rollouts and enhancements. You will partner with People Team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, deeply understand their domains, and think in the customers’ shoes to identify technical solutions that deliver step-change improvements to our internal processes and employee experience.
