ABOUT THE ROLE Notion is hiring a Professional Services Solutions Consultant in Tokyo, Japan. The Professional Services team helps customers unlock the full value of Notion. We partner with organizations to redesign how work gets done, streamlining processes, scaling adoption, and embedding Notion AI and Agents as force multipliers. Working closely with customers, cross-functional teams, and strategic partners, we turn business challenges into tailored Notion solutions that drive productivity, accelerate outcomes, and create lasting impact. This role will be a part of the growing global professional services team and will be responsible for both pre-sales (e.g. scoping & selling PS engagements), post-sales (e.g. engagement delivery) and onboarding/working with our delivery partners in region.
