ABOUT THE ROLE Influencer and creator marketing is one of the most important channels in Replit's go-to-market motion - not just for brand awareness, but as a direct driver of user acquisition, product discovery, and community trust. We're looking for the person who will own our influencer program end to end. You'll lead our influencer and creator strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Consumer and Brand Marketing. You'll build our creator playbook from scratch, define how we show up in the creator ecosystem, and turn Replit's narrative into content that gets people excited to build. You'll have creative latitude, working in close collaboration with GTM, Product, Product Marketing, and Design, and a ringside seat to one of the most interesting moments in software history.
