ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is looking for a Risk Operations Specialist to join our Underwriting team in Europe. You’ll help evaluate businesses applying to Ramp, make credit and risk decisions, and improve the systems we use to assess customers across our products. This is an early regional role. You’ll work with teammates across Risk Operations, Credit Strategy, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support while helping define what great underwriting coverage looks like supporting EU and US applicants. The work requires sound judgment, comfort with financial data, and the ability to make clear decisions when information is incomplete. You’ll thoughtfully apply AI and automation to help the team move faster, improve consistency, strengthen review quality, and scale operations The best candidates bring underwriting or credit risk experience, strong written judgment, and a high ownership bar.
