The team operates as the engine that turns Replit's large base of individual developers into paid subscribers and enterprise customers, supported by an AI-forward marketing stack designed for speed, personalization, and continuous experimentation. ROLE The Senior Marketing Manager, Lifecycle and CRM is responsible for building and owning Replit's customer communications across the full user journey. This is the founding lifecycle marketing hire and serves as the platform owner for lifecycle marketing across both consumer and enterprise segments, ensuring users receive coherent messaging as they move from free individual developer to paid subscriber to enterprise account. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this role works closely with Product, Product Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, RevOps, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
