ABOUT THE ROLE As Notion expands its partner ecosystem, we're seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to bridge our internal SE organization with our growing network of partner SEs in the US and LATAM. In this unique role, you'll be the technical leader who enables, develops, and orchestrates partner SE capabilities while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex customer engagements. You'll own the technical enablement of partner SE teams, working alongside our existing enablement programs to build partner-specific curriculum. You'll establish a "Black Belt Program" to identify and certify top partner SEs, and develop the systems to route complex engagements to the right resources. By end of 2026, you'll help scale and manage a network of ~20 partner SEs across our ecosystem. This role combines individual contributor excellence with semi-managerial responsibilities—you'll need to deeply understand the capabilities of each partner SE, develop their skills, and match them to the right opportunities.
